Salaried Exempt (Estimated range: $125,000–$200,000 annualized) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Managing and making decisions related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and trade employee staffing levels. Managing work among assigned trades to promote coordinated project operation and resolving local area problems regarding procedures, design, labor, equipment, and schedule. Managing the overall site safety program and ensuring subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations. Supervising and developing Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns, including performance appraisals. Ensuring strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements. Creating schedules, determining sequencing, and implementing recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget. Communicating with owners and architects/engineers regarding field issues and investigating and resolving such issues. Managing the billing process related to work in place, including overseeing monthly estimates, payrolls, material invoices, and subcontractor payment applications. Ensuring installation compliance with approved contract documents and coordinating mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and piping layouts with the Engineer on master coordination drawings and 3D models. Leading inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover, training, and punch list activities for system acceptance and handover. Coordinating, directing, and monitoring subcontractors and suppliers to ensure conformity with plans, specifications, and codes. Reviewing project changes with the Project Engineer. Keeping detailed daily records of MEPS trade contractors' work progress. Participating in preconstruction efforts such as constructability and logistics. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or four years of formal engineering/architectural experience and at least six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience (or equivalent). Knowledge of building construction methods, scheduling, cost control, general contract, subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications. Specific mechanical and electrical systems expertise. Proficiency in building information modeling for system coordination. Strong written and verbal communication, computer, and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to interpret contract documents and project schedules. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands:

Ability to climb stairs, use hoists, ladders, and work areas under construction. Vision, hand use, standing, climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs. Perform routine tasks such as walking, talking, listening, and occasional manual handling. Work Environment:

Onsite at construction sites with exposure to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes, airborne particles, electrical shock risks, and moderate to very loud noise. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:
