Position Summary The Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating executive schedules, managing correspondence, organizing meetings and events, preparing documents, maintaining records, and fostering stakeholder relationships. They serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
What will your job entail?
Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and General Counsel, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating event and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely professional communication.
Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other strategic initiatives.
Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Support the HR and Legal department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Help manage special projects as assigned by the CHRO and General Counsel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Strong understanding of HR functions and legal processes is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Workday.
Familiarity with Board Vantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. The wage range may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
