Firmwide Finance Business Architecture – Product Owner – Vice President
The Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team (FFBA) leads large‑scale data, infrastructure, accounting standard and business process change management events and acts as the Chief Data Office for Finance and TCIO. The team provides a centralized program management, business analysis capability, targeted program governance, and consistent application of program management standards, including system testing and change management practices. The current focus is on overseeing the Data Acquisition framework for strategic and legacy Finance, TCIO, and Wholesale Credit Risk platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct JIRA grooming and test execution.
Perform issue resolution and escalation of critical risks.
Influence and communicate with senior stakeholders (business, operations, technology).
Drive compliance with product and Release Management standards and operating model.
Lead end‑to‑end project strategy discussions and develop and deliver plans for successful project delivery of firm‑wide and LOB change events impacting Finance, Credit and Treasury reporting.
Identify and drive solutions for business process re‑engineering activities, along with creating supporting documentation and end‑user operational experience and usage of Finance and Risk platforms.
Provide oversight of the release plan, including project or release scope, critical milestones, sourcing requirements, test strategy and execution, and implementation checklists and stakeholder/technology activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
6+ years of project management and business analysis experience and process re‑engineering.
Proven experience in delivering large complex programs and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
Detail oriented, highly responsible, and able to work with tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
Ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships with partner teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience of traditional credit (Loans, Deposits, Cash) and trading products (Derivatives and Securities) is a plus.
Previous experience in Finance, Risk or Operations functions is a plus.
Experience with Agile delivery and the JIRA tool is a plus.
Solid understanding of Financial and/or Regulatory reporting processes; understanding of Liquidity, Credit Reporting related data is a plus.
Knowledge of Cloud is an advantage.
Knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence tools preferred.
