Maintenance Director – Forest Hill Health & Rehabilitation
Full‑Time | Leadership Role | Essential Team Member
Are you a hands‑on leader who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, efficient, and welcoming?
What You’ll Do
Oversee all building systems, maintenance operations, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure full regulatory compliance (state, federal, CMS, Life Safety Code)
Supervise and develop the maintenance team, fostering accountability and pride in workmanship
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and capital projects
Lead emergency preparedness and safety initiatives
Partner with leadership to support a clean, safe, and home‑like environment for residents, staff, and visitors
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of maintenance leadership experience (healthcare or LTC setting preferred)
Strong understanding of OSHA and Life Safety Code requirements
Proven ability to troubleshoot building systems and manage budgets
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Bonus: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or equivalent credential
