IT Operations Manager (Technical Service Delivery Manager)

Manage IT service delivery, production support, incident resolution, and SLA compliance across FDOT locations.
Lead technical teams, supervise performance, provide training, and support skill development and succession planning.
Oversee deployment and lifecycle of laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, printers, telephony systems, and IT asset tools.
Coordinate technology rollouts, patch management, software deployments, OS upgrades, endpoint security, and network integrations.
Manage service ticket queues, documentation, and operational procedures using ITSM systems (ServiceNow or similar) while ensuring policy compliance.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues, hardware failures, OS/software configuration, remote support tools, and enterprise connectivity.
Support enterprise BC/DR planning, resiliency controls, backup strategies, and recovery readiness.
