own dashboard development, optimize reporting processes, and shape analytics strategy
in a dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll have guidance from experienced team members while enjoying autonomy to innovate and deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process reporting tickets across all Epic modules
Build report logic in Epic Cogito and create report extensions/components
Develop
Radar dashboards ,
Reporting Workbench reports , and custom columns
Configure user security groups and filters in Epic
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand workflows
Update HRX, PAF, and FDM records as needed
Demonstrate understanding of content management processes
Participate in two interview rounds: initial and technical
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years
of experience with Cogito report development
Proficiency in
Epic reporting systems , including
Slicer Dicer
Experience building
Radar dashboards
and Reporting Workbench reports
Ability to navigate complex data requirements and identify data fields/database locations
Familiarity with
Clarity tables
Strong communication skills and ability to work with clinicians
Preferred Skills
SQL development experience (nice to have)
Epic Cogito
certification or credentialing
(minimum 1 year experience for either)
Up to $45 per hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
