Summary Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, the Senior Manager of FP&A will lead and mentor a team of Senior Financial Analysts and oversee financial planning responsibilities for a business exceeding $1B. This highly visible role will drive KPI tracking, financial reporting, full P&L oversight, management presentations, budgeting, forecasting, ad‑hoc analysis, and dashboard reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and deep analytical expertise.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Financial Analysts
Oversee P&L performance and deliver data‑driven insights to executive leadership
Manage KPI development, tracking, and dashboard reporting
Direct budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and scenario modeling
Prepare high‑impact management reporting packages and executive presentations
Perform ad‑hoc and strategic analysis to support business decisions
Partner cross‑functionally to understand performance drivers and influence outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field from a top‑tier program
8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or related fields
Preference given to those with experience in private equity, top‑tier consulting firms, or investment banking
Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing Finance teams
Expert‑level Excel modeling skills; proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools
Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong track record of career progression and job stability
Must be based in the Atlanta area for consideration
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year. The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
