About the Role The Project Manager will oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial objectives are met. This role manages subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client communication while supporting the field team from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost reports, and forecasts
Lead subcontractor procurement, scope review, buyout, and contract execution
Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and all project documentation
Work closely with superintendents to coordinate daily field operations and resolve onsite issues
Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, consultants, and vendors
Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Support project closeout including punch lists, commissioning, and turnover
Mentor and support assistant project managers and project engineers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
3+ years of project management experience in multifamily or mixed-use construction
Strong understanding of structural systems, building envelopes, interiors, and MEP coordination
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
