Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year.

Opportunity Overview A respected global law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Mid-Level Associate to join its Naples, Florida office. The role is ideal for a Litigation Attorney looking to advance into higher-level strategy, case ownership, and complex commercial litigation. The team focuses on commercial disputes, construction-related matters, business torts, and contract litigation, offering strong institutional support and consistent exposure to significant cases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to resolution with increasing independence.
Conduct factual investigations and prepare detailed legal research memoranda.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive written advocacy.
Prepare for and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Argue motions before state and federal courts when appropriate.
Conduct and manage full discovery cycles, including planning and executing eDiscovery procedures.
Participate in hearings and assist in trial preparation and trial execution.
Contribute to business development opportunities, including proposals and client presentations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing (Florida Bar required).
3–7 years of business, commercial, or construction litigation experience, ideally involving complex case responsibilities.
Outstanding drafting and legal writing skills with strong attention to detail.
Deep legal research capabilities and familiarity with commercial litigation procedure.
Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously and coordinate litigation deadlines.
Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and client-facing communication strengths.
