Job Description As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject‑matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work‑related problems. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

Responsibilities

Run an end‑to‑end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity.

Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure product quality.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify testing requirements and improve processes.

Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance.

Continuously explore and integrate new testing tools and methodologies to optimize testing efficiency.

Mentor junior team members in best practices for test automation and quality assurance.

Note: This is a hybrid role which requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client (and may require up to 5 days per week in 2026 on client discretion) in any of the following locations: Plano, TX; Pennington, NJ; Charlotte, NC; New York City or Jersey City, NJ.

Client Note Mandatory Contractor Time Away – 5 days every quarter.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation Testing with a strong understanding of testing frameworks and best practices.

Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in web test automation using Selenium, including scripting, execution, and maintenance of automated test cases.

Bachelors Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with REST API test automation.

Technical Test Execution.

System Defect Management.
