Base pay range: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
Job Details Lead end-to-end development of complex land development projects, from initial concept through construction.
Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering their growth while delivering excellence.
Design innovative solutions for subdivisions, infrastructure, and utility systems using cutting‑edge AutoCAD Civil3D.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring
PE License in Kansas.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET‑accredited).
5+ years of land development engineering experience, including 2+ years managing projects and teams.
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and client‑focused mindset.
Ideal Qualities
Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
Track record of building strong client relationships.
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience Experience with Ajera Financial Management Software.
