As a member of the T WTR Operations team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of Ultrapure Water to Samsung's manufacturing process while protecting the environment and our community. Your core responsibilities will involve analyzing equipment failures, driving improvements in maintenance models and system designs, and ensuring reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems. Role and Responsibilities Collaborate with UPW-IWT Process Engineering teams to analyze equipment failures and reliability metrics, driving improvements in maintenance models and system designs. Lead cross‑functional efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems. Develop and manage equipment management programs, focusing on reliability optimization. Participate in resolving urgent process/equipment issues and provide support for staff with quality and reliability expertise. Utilize quality and reliability tools such as Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, etc. Apply reliability concepts such as FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and maintenance types (MTTF, MTBF, MTTR). Drive process optimization by studying performance data and implementing engineering solutions. Analyze performance data and develop metrics for various operations to improve productivity and efficiency. Skills and Qualifications B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus) Semiconductor experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Flexible and team‑oriented. 2‑year minimum experience in a Manufacturing Operations department. 3+ years of experience driving equipment life‑cycle improvements. Must possess required knowledge and be able to demonstrate that the essential functions of the job can be performed. Reliability certifications such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) are a plus. Note: This position is Full‑time onsite. Current base salary range for this role is between $85,936 and $157,880. Base pay rates will depend on duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total Rewards
