We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Security Engineer to support Seminole Hard Rock Support Services’ Key IAM ecosystem. This person will work closely with the IT team, Human Resources and other Business Owners and will be responsible for helping transform the organization to become more efficient. The IAM Engineer will participate in the development, implementation, and oversight of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program end-to-end and will serve as subject matter expert across the company. The role requires building strong relationships with IT and business leaders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Continue developing a strategy and roadmap for Identity and Access Management while ensuring scalability, resilience and a seamless end‑user experience.

Expertise in Identity and Access Management Systems, and Single Sign‑On SaaS solutions.

Integrate IAM systems with in‑house applications, third‑party applications and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, access control and develop connectors between IAM tools and other resources.

Design, execute and manage enterprise IAM initiatives in a complex organizational environment.

Integrate business processes into the IAM solution and appropriate technologies.

Develop and implement appropriate KPIs and metrics to demonstrate progress and results, including scorecards and dashboards.

Oversee day‑to‑day IAM operations, building and leading a team of analysts.

Partner with third‑party delivery organizations within IT to drive IAM solutions without being a roadblock.

Communicate effectively to executive leadership, customers, auditors, governance committees and other stakeholders.

Build and lead exceptional teams through collaboration, mentoring, skill training, and technology transition.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability.

3–5 years of experience building IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow.

3+ years operating SailPoint IAM tools in an engineering role, including integration of SailPoint IdentityNow with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and SaaS such as Salesforce.

Knowledge of identity management solutions, including Kerberos, SSO, OAuth0, SAML, and OIDC.

Experience developing with scripting languages and automation frameworks for IGA systems (e.g., Java, BeanShell).

Experience consuming API endpoints using tools like Postman and natively from code.

Experience with SailPoint Custom Rules and Transforms is a plus.

Ability to query large amounts of data from databases using SQL.

Data analysis experience with spreadsheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Strong collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams and ability to manage cross‑functional relationships.

Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences, including senior management.

Broad knowledge of current and emerging IT industry trends and standards, including NIST, ISO, and COBIT.

Project management skills to balance constraints and deliver quality.

Work Environment

Typical duties performed in a professional office setting, with occasional exposure to operating areas that may involve second‑hand smoke and excessive noise.

Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
