Responsibilities

Manage time effectively to ensure all orders are configured by the end of the day.

Monitor your assigned queue, maintaining an 8-calendar-day or less duration.

Work together with Sales Ops and Sales teams to resolve any questions or concerns.

Ensure the accurate hardware and software selections are made, working closely with Marketing and ERP.

Conduct root cause analysis for any quality errors, both internal and external.

Coordinate and accelerate requests from Sales Ops and the Master Scheduler.

Address customer inquiries regarding order status from Sales and Production Scheduling.

Assist Production and Quality teams with configuration-related queries.

Foster positive communication with sales to improve timely delivery.

Join daily meetings with Config Ops leadership to discuss any scheduling or material concerns.

Support other projects and perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain management is advantageous.

APICS Certification is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects and problem‑solve.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with management and personnel at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Willingness to work a varied schedule and overtime when necessary.

Proficiency in standard business software packages, particularly Microsoft Office.

Pay Range $20.49 – $38.05 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
