Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary range: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 (latest posting 2 weeks ago)
Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or on‑call. Some later evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered for the right candidate.
About the Role A Clinical Director at Mayfield Spine Surgery Center will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, collaborating closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state‑of‑the‑art surgical center.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN or MSN preferred)
Clear and active nursing license in the state of Ohio
Prior operating room experience required
Hospital or ambulatory surgery center experience preferred
Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position
Experience in clinical supervision and program management
Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
Excellent communication and people skills
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
