Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided. Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills

Basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and accurate change handling; verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination and rapid accurate movements; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Physical Demands

Standing: tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile, linoleum or walk‑in cooler with surfaces 36–48" high. Walking: short distances for short durations. Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 60 lbs, carried on hand trucks or stacked on shelves up to 72". Carrying: large cans (≈3 lbs) and pizza sauce (≈30 lbs) to reach the front of store. Pushing/Pulling: moving trays on dollies (≈7.5 lbs). Climbing: stairs or ladder to change prices or perform maintenance. Reaching: up to 72" and downwards to perform tasks such as scooping, washing dishes. Work Conditions

Exposure to varying temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, commercial dust, fumes from food odors, cramped quarters and moving mechanical parts. Adverse weather conditions when delivering products, driving, and couponing. Additional Information
