General Manager
We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to lead Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities
Driving our high‑quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant and fostering an inclusive environment.
Implementing effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests.
Being the restaurant’s face by creating memorable experiences and engaging in community outreach.
Exhibiting strong business acumen and managing the restaurant’s P&L, driving sales, profitability, and guest count.
Ensuring menu items meet recipe standards and high presentation quality.
Enforcing safety and sanitation practices with a passion for excellence.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of proven success as a General Manager or higher in a polished casual, fine‑dining restaurant.
Experience in a Casual Plus or Fine Dining environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Knowledge of maintaining high food quality and service standards.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment and high employee retention.
Hands‑on experience in all facets of Front of House and Heart of House.
Exceptional people‑development skills with a track record of attracting, assessing, coaching, and managing talent.
Wine background preferred.
Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite and Outlook).
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
Must qualify to hold a state liquor license.
Must be willing to work in the Front of House and Heart of House.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401k plan are available to eligible staff.
Compensation Base salary varies by location, with potential bonus based on eligibility and business factors.
