We're looking for a Head of Product who will act as the CEO of Arkadium.com — owning the P&L, driving revenue and user growth, and shaping the product's future.
This is a role for a builder — someone who combines strategic clarity with operational grit. You'll set the vision, understand the customer deeply, and lead with data and insight. This role is an ideal fit for someone who acts decisively and is ready to run this product like an entrepreneur — balancing vision with accountability and bold execution.
What You Will Do
Own and grow the P&L for Arkadium.com — accountable for growth, profitability, and reinvestment decisions
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, balancing innovation with measurable impact
Drive user engagement, and retention through smart experimentation and iteration
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Games, Data, and Engineering to align on priorities and deliver world-class experiences
Lead with insight — leverage analytics, user feedback, and market trends to inform decisions
Champion the customer, ensuring Arkadium.com continues to delight millions of players worldwide
Launch new features and monetization initiatives that grow top-line revenue
Establish clear goals and accountability, building a product culture focused on learning, ownership, and delivery.
Requirements
8+ years in product leadership roles within consumer tech, gaming, or digital platforms
Proven experience owning a P&L and delivering measurable growth
Strategic thinker who can translate vision into clear, actionable roadmaps
Strong communicator with the ability to inspire alignment and urgency
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, user journeys, and conversion optimization
Hands‑on mindset — comfortable moving between strategy and execution
Data‑driven and hypothesis‑oriented, with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and performance measurement
A genuine passion for gaming and creating joyful, accessible digital experiences
Preference for candidates located in the United States and working in the Eastern Time zone
