Assistant General Manager
to join our Hospitality Group. La Padrona has brought a new standard to Boston’s restaurant scene, immersing our guests in the very best of Italian hospitality and authentic, regional cuisine.
We are seeking a passionate, organized and focused AGM to join our Hospitality Group. You will focus on Service and must have the highest standards. This is a full‑time, salaried position. In addition to a track record of success at driving revenue, building relationships, and managing high performing teams you will need a willingness to learn, to adapt and a positive attitude.
3–5 years of consistent restaurant management experience required for consideration. Strong preference for candidates who have worked in high volume, high revenue settings (10+ million). A deep familiarity with Italian culture and cuisine is a plus.

Compensation Range (including base + bonus): $100,000 – $110,000

Job Responsibilities
Oversee all operations and are responsible for the success and growth of the restaurant.
Supervise all Front and Back of House staff.
Grow the business, enhance the brand and push staff to deliver excellent hospitality.
Perform operational duties including inventory, scheduling, planning & organizing and development of teams.
Maintain strong communication skills and adherence to company policies and procedures.
