Job Description Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Store Management The role involves full responsibility for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to standards, and overall store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Training & Development Paid Training: We offer a chance for professional growth by training and certifying all Assistant Managers through our unique Management Development Program. Regardless of prior experience, the program teaches everything needed to become a successful manager.
Opportunities Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino’s Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise.

Qualifications
At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Some management experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
Control costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations during shifts
Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image standards, customer service, attendance/punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability
Advancement Many team members progress from delivery drivers to franchise owners. Our stores offer a world of opportunity, including roles such as Manager Corporate Operations.
