Job Responsibilities
All cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations during your shift.
Set the example, ensuring crew follows all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and maintain a perfect image.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Basic arithmetic: ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination to perform rapid and accurate movements.
Typing and use of a keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
Essential Functions & Physical Demands This position includes standing, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds in bulk deliveries, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, bending, squatting and reaching. Workers must tolerate varying temperatures, fumes, dust, hot surfaces up to 500°, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The role also requires a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle access, and the ability to deliver products to customers.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering or performing outdoor tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F; sudden temperature changes; fumes from food; cornmeal dust; cramped quarters; hot surfaces/tools; sharp edges; mechanical parts.
