Responsibilities As a store manager, you will:

Lead and coach a team of partners to meet sales, quality, and community service goals.

Create and maintain a welcoming environment that aligns with Starbucks values.

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies.

Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and build community connection.

Support professional growth for partners through coaching, performance reviews, and training.

Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to advance business objectives.

Qualifications

3 years retail/customer‑service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. military service.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment.

Excellent leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners.

Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States.

Ability to work full time (regularly 40+ hours per week) with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
