Senior Product Manager
O.C. Tanner is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead product management for Reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities within our enterprise Culture Cloud platform. Culture Cloud is a unified suite of web and mobile applications that help employees thrive at work by connecting them to purpose, accomplishment, and each other.
In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics solutions that empower clients with actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, Data, and internal business partners (Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and others) to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure BI experiences that drive measurable business outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Reporting & BI products, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
Deliver client-led analytical products informed by research and data-driven insights, setting a high standard for evidence-based decision-making.
Partner with UX, Engineering, and Data teams to design intuitive, self-service reporting tools and advanced BI features.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Finance, Sales, Support) to ensure solutions meet cross‑functional needs and drive adoption.
Measure and grow reporting product engagement, using analytics to track usage and optimize user experience.
Gather and synthesize inputs from customers, end users, and market research to inform product decisions.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in all reporting solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert for reporting and BI internally and externally.
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.
Stay ahead of industry trends in analytics, visualization, and data platforms to maintain competitive advantage.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise SaaS solutions; experience in BI, analytics, or reporting domains strongly preferred.
Proven ability to deliver client‑led analytical products informed by research and data insights.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering teams to discover and deliver the right solutions.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles, reporting frameworks, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Familiarity with data architecture concepts (ETL, data warehousing, APIs).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HR technology or employee engagement platforms.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
Ability to translate complex data requirements into simple, engaging user experiences.
