Position Overview To lead the development and execution of complex, high‑impact products by leveraging deep expertise in product management, technical strategy, and domain knowledge. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and drives innovation across multiple squads.
Key Accountabilities
Define and execute product strategies aligned with quarterly, annual, and multi‑year business objectives.
Lead cross‑functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Drive adoption and evolution of product management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Influence and align stakeholders across departments and external partners.
Solve complex business problems in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Actively mentor and coach junior product professionals and contribute to organizational capability building.
Critical Experiences Needed
Proven track record of delivering successful products in complex, cross‑functional environments.
Demonstrated leadership of large‑scale initiatives involving multiple squads.
Experience in defining and evolving product strategies based on data and market insights.
