What You Will Do
Design and implement efficient, scalable APIs and interfaces connecting the frontend to backend systems.
Build responsive, user‑friendly web applications using
Next.js , ensuring exceptional performance and experience across devices.
Optimize applications for scalability, maintainability, and speed, balancing rapid iteration with strong engineering discipline.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and researchers to scope, architect, and ship new features end‑to‑end.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack: frontend rendering, backend integration, CI/CD, deployment, and performance.
Contribute to code reviews, engineering standards, technical architecture, and best practices for a growing team.
Drive
0→1 product development , turning prototypes into robust, production‑ready features.
Ideal Background
3+ years of experience as a full‑stack or frontend‑leaning engineer.
Strong technical foundation (CS degree preferred or equivalent experience).
Deep expertise in Next.js
is required.
Experience with modern frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, CSS frameworks.
Hands‑on backend experience at the application level: API design, database interaction, debugging backend integrations.
Understanding of performance optimization and scalable system design.
Experience building in early‑stage startups or 0→1 product environments.
High ownership mindset—comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating rapidly.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
