Responsibilities
Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education.
