Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Define product roadmap, develop long‑term strategy for AI agents, align with client needs and industry trends. Conduct market research on emerging AI technologies, customer pain points, and competitor products to guide features. Regularly engage with clients to ensure the AI agent product meets their goals.
Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and AI experts to gather clear, actionable functional and technical requirements. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and client impact.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, AI engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing teams to ensure technical alignment, design quality, and go‑to‑market readiness.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Guide the entire development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, manage Agile processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews), oversee testing with QA teams, define success metrics, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Data and AI Model Management: Define data strategy, ensure continuous model improvement and tuning, monitor AI performance, and optimize agent behavior and accuracy.
Integration and Managed Services: Lead integrations with ERP, ServiceNow, and other client systems; demonstrate Run/Operate/Support expertise for managed services.
Client Engagement and Support: Act as bridge between technical teams and clients, provide technical expertise, train clients, and offer post‑launch support and feature updates.
Compliance and Ethical AI: Ensure compliance with client Infosec policies, industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and promote ethical AI practices to minimize bias and ensure fairness.
