Job Overview General Manager – responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino’s store, providing overall leadership and supervision over operations, and ensuring high standards of food safety, profitability, and an inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
Lead and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and cost management.
Recruit, retain, and develop employees, maintaining high engagement.
Maintain food safety and quality standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and operate technology systems (POS, ATS, etc.).
Promote a positive, inclusive culture among staff.

Qualifications
Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast‐paced service environment.
Strong understanding of operations procedures and cost management.
Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot restaurant technology systems.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (preferred).
Minimum age of 18 years.
