We are seeking a
Senior Supply Chain Analyst – Manufacturing
on a
contract basis
to support our Customer's business needs. This role is
hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA .
This role will focus on understanding end-to-end supply chain planning processes to bridge business needs with technical solutions, proactively work with the various functions to determine areas of opportunity for business process gaps and improvement opportunities.
This role will closely work with the IT and Planning team to implement planning solutions, through support training and deployment needs. The ideal candidate should have solid supply chain planning knowledge, proficiency in planning software implementation cycle, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Build business cases for applications or features that support operational needs
Identify and implement workflow and process improvements to increase efficiency and visibility
Collaborate with IT teams to enable new capabilities across the project lifecycle
Manage smaller enhancement initiatives as a business project manager
Create project documentation, including business process flows, user requirements, UAT test cases, and training materials
Facilitate user acceptance testing, end-user training, and change management activities
Investigate system issues and gaps, and work with IT and business users to implement resolutions
Support key supply chain planning and operations metrics through data analysis
Operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Manage competing priorities and multitask across initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or supply chain–related discipline
7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst within supply chain or manufacturing environments
Experience with supply chain operations and planning teams to understand pain points and business use cases
Defining comprehensive business requirements grounded in supply chain planning principles
