Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed:
- December 1, 2025 - Ongoing
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Option for 4x10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM starts)
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Operating Room (OR)
- Patient Volume: 5-6 starts per day
- Patient Age Group: 85% adults, 10% OB (epidurals only), 3% adolescents, 2% children aged 3-5 for ENT cases
- Procedures: Bread and butter cases, no heads/hearts/trauma, Peds ENT cases only
- Special Procedures: Must be able to perform epidurals on OB cases
- Support Staff: Anesthesiologists, OR, and Pre/Post Op staff
- EMR: Allscripts (preferred)
Requirements:
- Board Certification: NBCRNA
- Active OH License and CSR
- ACLS and BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only
