Sr. Technical Analyst roles for one-year assignments to implement and manage data products, ensuring that our data pipelines are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Requirements

Hands‑on Experience

  • R/SparklyR – as a data analyst
  • Pyspark/Python – scripting, automation, performance tuning and debug capabilities
  • Starburst – data analyst, developer or support engineer
  • Collibra – developer or support engineer
  • Alteryx – developer or support engineer
  • Tableau – developer with performance tuning / debug capabilities
  • Immuta – security analyst; role‑based and attribute‑based security knowledge
  • Independent research and development of creative work products and proposals
  • High creativity in problem solving
  • Customer‑service orientation
  • Effective in a matrix or virtual organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication; presentation and training facilitation
  • Agile delivery, requirements engineering, backlog development and refinement
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Distributed teams work, provider solutions
  • Application and data modeling knowledge; root‑cause analysis
  • Agile/SAFe experience and tools like Jira
  • Excellent analytical and design skills
  • CBAP, Agile Analysis Certification or similar (preferred)
  • Willing to be on call 8am‑2pm or 2pm‑8pm ET Monday‑Friday

Responsibilities

  • Hands‑on technical analysis and troubleshooting on highly complex integrated systems, diagnosing root causes and identifying solutions on a data lake house in the cloud, using R, sparklyr, Databricks, Starburst, Collibra, Tableau, Python and/or Alteryx.
  • This is a hands‑on role; applicants should not be managers or architects.
  • Provide primary technical support to end‑user community for software, data issues, data communication and processing errors.
  • Monitor application, production and/or implementation support for new releases.
  • Consult on application testing strategies, document observations and coordinate responses.
  • Maintain project and application information (schedule, scope, requirements, etc.) and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate the information flow between business owners and development staff; facilitate functional reviews and application development sessions between the development site and technical work groups.
  • Document end‑user interactions into automated call‑logging tools for tracking and productivity.
  • Validate proposed technical approaches to system/application problem logs and recommend mediation to management.
