Description:
We are seeking an Applications Developer to support applications development, operations, and maintenance of various systems and initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, automating processes, and aligning customer solutions with the overall digital architecture. The ideal candidate will promote state-of-the-art IT solutions, collaborate with IT mission partners to share technology and lessons learned, and ensure records management processes are integrated into early design stages across the Intelligence Community. Additionally, this individual will coordinate with customer technical interfaces to ensure future technology plans align with the overall customer architecture. Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI Polygraph BS/BA in Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a similar field, or equivalent education and experience Experience dealing with customers Strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Java Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with application frameworks such as Spring Boot, NodeJS-NestJS, and application development with Node.js Experience with Python Proficiency with IDEs like IntelliJ, Eclipse, or NetBeans Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS / C2S) Experience with web services (REST) and SOA, including Spring Boot and Tomcat Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or Postgres Experience working in a Linux environment (Bash scripting, VI) Ability to work well independently and in teams, with a professional attitude Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microservices Front-end development experience using Angular 10 Familiarity with source code management and CI/CD tools like GitHub/GitLab and Jenkins Experience in Agile environments Benefits:
