Ensures a high level of care for the consumer given by the direct care

workers/caregivers. Provides staffing for requests off and call outs. Reviews the clients care plan with patients and caregivers. Reports caregiver performance issues. Answers and screens incoming telephone calls. Calls caregivers when missed clock in and out alert goes off. Calls caregivers when daily activity logs and time sheets are needed. Creates telephony records. Ensures all required documents and necessary information are completed for new hire caregivers. Obtain and follow up on expired required documents for all caregivers. Conducts new hire orientation if needed. Assembles client log books and direct care worker new hire folders. On call after hours and during the weekend at least once a month. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.. Minimum of 2 years of experience

in homecare or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care. Bilingual in Spanish How to Apply:
