Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Entry-Level Fabricator (Metal & Wood) to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and build custom wood products, furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures from raw materials to finished pieces. Key Responsibilities: Fabricating
metal/plastic/wood/composite
components using basic tools and equipment Draw, read and/or interpret basic shop drawings and work orders Follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure product accuracy Operate basic machinery such as saws, grinders, and drills (training provided) Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications Perform sanding, gluing, clamping, and finishing tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Load, unload, and organize materials and products Support team members in various tasks as needed Communicate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of hand tools and woodworking equipment Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly Strong attention to detail and willingness to do hands-on work Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Preferred but Not Required: Experience in welding, fabricating, woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, or related trade Knowledge of different materials, i.e. metals, wood, etc. Familiarity with CNC routers or CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD)
