We seek an experienced Salesforce Developer to configure, manage, and customize our Salesforce instance, especially in secure government environments. Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation. Develop integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems. Implement security controls in line with government compliance. Provide technical documentation and support. Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher. Experience in government or regulated environments. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance. Strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Previous experience with government clients. Work Model & Benefits
Our hybrid model supports in-person collaboration and flexibility, allowing up to two days remote work weekly. We offer a competitive salary ($80,000 - $96,000), comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), stock options, flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and more. Additional Details
