We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Residential Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney to showcase their expertise in real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a variety of residential real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate law, contracts, property rights, and other legal matters related to residential real estate.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Residential Real Estate Transactional Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of residential real estate transactions, from initial contact with clients to closing. 2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating residential real estate contracts and agreements. 3. Providing legal advice to clients on matters related to residential real estate transactions. 4. Representing clients in disputes related to residential real estate transactions. 5. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to residential real estate transactions. 6. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes. 7. Keeping up to date with changes in real estate law and advising clients accordingly. 8. Conducting thorough legal research to support client cases and transactions. 9. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Residential Real Estate Transactional Attorney, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in MA 2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on residential real estate transactions. 3. Current membership in good standing with the State Bar. 4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating residential real estate contracts and agreements. 5. Excellent knowledge of real estate law, including property rights, contracts, and real estate transaction processes. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice. 7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients and negotiate on their behalf. 8. High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. 9. A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality. 10. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
