You’ll work with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automation tooling, and cloud technologies within a highly impactful environment that supports mortgage lending and community development across the Midwest.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of software engineering and DevOps experience
- 7+ years working in SCRUM/Agile environments
- Experience deploying and administering CI tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Bamboo)
- Strong cloud experience with Azure and AWS
- Infrastructure‑as‑code expertise (Terraform, Docker, Podman, Helm)
- Experience integrating SAST tools (Checkmarx or similar)
- Code quality scanning (SonarQube or similar)
- Automated testing experience (unit, integration, system)
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and/or Chef for automation
- Docker and Kubernetes experience (ECS, EKS, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++
- Application performance monitoring (Datadog or similar)
- SQL/NoSQL experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Neo4J, Neptune)
- Jira/Agile workflow proficiency
- Cross‑platform scripting and build tools (Python, ANT, Artifactory, Groovy, MSBuild, NuGet)
- Object‑oriented programming experience with C# or similar
- Ability to design scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Docker deployment strategies
- Experience with pair programming using GitHub Copilot
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience promoting DevSecOps maturity across engineering teams
- Background working with architecture and security stakeholders
- Experience in regulated or financial services environments

- 30% Cloud/IaC work (Azure, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes)

- 20% Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams; mentor junior engineers
