Role Overview
As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis within EY's SAP services, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Configure and implement SAP FSCM solutions that meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses.
- Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients.
Skills and Attributes
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
- Gather requirements, architect solutions, perform blueprinting, testing, and documentation.
- Translate needs into business solutions, complete configurations and integrations.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, decision-making, and leadership in guiding junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of experience with SAP ERP systems, including at least one full SAP FSCM implementation cycle.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM.
- Experience with FSCM organizational hierarchy, customer master management, credit control, collection processes, dispute management, and AR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting industry experience or deep functional SAP experience.
- SAP certifications such as C_TS4FI_2023 or other SAP Finance certifications.
