We are seeking a visionary physician-scientist to lead our Malignant Hematology Program and drive continued innovation in hematologic malignancy care.
This leadership role encompasses strategic oversight of 13 subspecialty programs focused on blood cancers, with responsibilities spanning clinical operations, translational research, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct clinical and academic operations across hematologic malignancy programs
  • Advance basic, translational, and clinical research initiatives in partnership with IUSCCC and HHM
  • Collaborate with the Brown Center for Immunotherapy on cellular therapy innovation
  • Mentor faculty, fellows, and trainees, fostering a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Expand clinical trial portfolios and elevate national research prominence
Qualifications
  • MD/DO with board certification in Hematology and Oncology
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership in malignant hematology research and program development
  • Demonstrated success in grant funding, publication, and academic productivity
  • Faculty rank of Associate or Full Professor with a strong collaborative and leadership
Practice Environment
  • 55% clinical, 45% academic focus
  • Practice sites include University Hospital, Eskenazi Hospital, IU Simon Cancer Center, and affiliated academic centers
