Facility in Wethersfield, CT seeking Neuro Critical Care APP locums coverage Rates: $140/hr Position Details
  • Requisition Start Date: March 24, 2025
  • Requisition End Date: September 24, 2025
  • Shifts:
    • Night shifts: 6:30 PM 7:30/8:00 AM.
    • 3 4 nights per week (flexible schedule, part-time available with 2 nights/week).
  • Patient Volume: 6 9 ICU patients per night.
  • NeuroICU Beds: 23 total, shared with other NPs/PAs.
  • On Call: No.
Responsibilities
  • Manage patients in the NeuroICU and occasional overflow from MICU.
  • Patient population includes acute stroke, head/spine trauma, neurosurgical, and critical care cases.
  • Procedures:
    • Central line placement.
    • A-line insertion.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Dedicated Neuro ICU experience is required.
    • Expertise in neurology, neurosurgery, and critical care.
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS and BLS Required.
  • State Licensure: Connecticut license Required.
