An Intellectual Property law firm is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney to join their Electrical & Computer Technologies group.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, file, and prosecute domestic & international patent applications.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses.
• Partner with inventors and clients across all stages of the patent process.

Annual Salary Range: $240,000 to $310,000

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail & ability to manage multiple priorities.
