Senior Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics We are seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics (ADRL) team, focusing on Centralized Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). In this role, you will partner with the business and lead the development and implementation of technical solutions that optimize our reverse logistics operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency across the ADRL ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of product strategy and vision for ADRL's planning and forecasting systems Define and execute the technical roadmap for S&OP tools and platforms Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for forecasting models and planning systems Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, legal, tax, finance, and business teams Manage prioritization and trade-offs between system performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization Create data-driven solutions to improve reverse logistics planning accuracy and operational effectiveness Lead the development and launch of new tools and features for centralized planning systems Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocation About The Team ADRL's core function is to ensure Amazon Device customer warranty needs are met.
