Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient careResponsible for providing care to medically complex patientsSupervises care, treatment, and services of the patient(s)Documents the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnosis, expected patient outcomes and selected nursing interventionsMaintains confidentiality at all times with patients, medical staff and co-workersProvides a safe, comfortable and therapeutic patient environmentAdheres to and supports the policies/procedures/goals/objectives of the hospital in an attempt to provide quality patient careRevises plan of care according to evaluation, changes in plan of care and nursing interventionsPerforms interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and facility policies and patient care outcome standardsIdentifies and prioritizes actions based upon patient care requirements Minimum Requirements:
