Who You Are 2–4+ years of experience working with data systems, analytics tools, and cross-functional technical teams Strong SQL skills — comfortable extracting, validating, and manipulating large datasets Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms Understanding of ETL concepts and ability to support or lead ingestion workflows (Python familiarity is a plus) Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment Collaborative, low-ego teammate who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical groups What You’ll Do Extract, validate, and transform large volumes of data from internal systems using SQL Develop and support dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools Support or lead end-to-end data ingestion and ETL projects, coordinating across multiple teams Troubleshoot data issues, ensure accuracy, and help maintain data pipelines and internal reporting infrastructure Work across analytics, operations, and system teams to ensure timely distribution of data Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and overall system efficiency Email your resume to hhenderson@provenrecruiting.com to grow your career in a fast-growing firm and industry while working in a cross-functional and friendly work environment.
