Base Pay Range $78,000.00/yr - $83,400.00/yr Responsibilities Own the relationship with the hiring manager and take a consultative approach to sourcing and setting strategy to identify top talent. Maintain process efficiency and accuracy when screening and assessing candidates to fill a high volume of non‑exempt call‑center job openings, while ensuring the quality of hire. Schedule interviews, facilitate consensus meetings to discuss interview results, and present offers to successful candidates that lead to hires for the team. Partner with cross‑functional business teams, HR partners, and other recruiting teams to minimize risk and execute flawlessly on the recruiting and hiring process. Execute the full life‑cycle recruiting process independently, emphasizing achievement of time‑to‑fill goals. Develop an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline. Possess strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influence. Act as a recruiting partner and subject‑matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and key stakeholders. Address ambiguous situations or challenges and respond accordingly, drawing on one’s expertise, skills, and abilities. Screen and counsel candidates, coach the hiring team, negotiate the close, and effectively facilitate formal consensus meetings. Practice attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing. Prove ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications 1‑3 years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience. 1+ year of ATS experience. 1+ year of experience working with Google Suite and Workday (plus). Experience in recruiting strategy: collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy. Influential communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs and produce results. Strong attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow internal processes. Strong organization skills with the ability to thrive in high‑volume environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
