Direct message the job poster from Addison Group 225 W Randolph St 19th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606 What You’ll Do Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates through a creative recruiting strategy Research, identify, and sell to potential business deals by contacting potential clients Schedule and attend candidate interviews Schedule and attend client meetings to generate new business and expand current business Develop and maintain candidate and client relationships through cold calling/prospecting calls Negotiate fees/ pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations Represent Addison in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours What We’re Looking For Four‑year degree or equivalent Four years progressive sales experience Professional oral and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Capability to connect with others Competitive spirit Compensation Base salary of $55,000-$65,000 based on experience, plus uncapped commission and bonus Opportunity for higher commission plan based on performance Total Year 1 expected earnings of $80,000-$90,000+++ Schedule In office daily within the 1st month, and then 3‑4 days onsite per week.
