• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work cross-functionally to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and align on ideal candidate profiles.
• StreamlineProcesses:Buildscalablesystemsthatsupporthigh-volumehiringwithoutcompromisingquality.
• Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects Pump’s values.
• Data-Driven Recruiting: Track and analyze metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates to improve our process continuously.

Qualifications
