Title: Policy Analyst

Contract: 08 months with potential extension

Location: Tampa FL

Job Description:
High level Roles and Responsibilities include:
  • Assist Global HR Policy Lead with all aspects of HR Policy Governance oversight
  • Shepherd document owners through the HR Policy Governance process; including Council and Client Policy Committee requirements
  • Provide guidance to HR Policy drafters on writing Policy documents, responsible for drafting HR owned Policies, reviews and edits to ensure compliance with client's Policy Governance Policy and Standard
Manage global projects in scope for:
  • 2023: RASCI reviews, Discipline templates, CFY templates
  • 2024: Review of Client for You document inventory (approx. 1,600 documents)
  • Meet deliverables aligned with Consent order milestones which include HR Policy owned documents and guiding other HR document owners through required activities
  • Lead ongoing communication and change management efforts as a result of new or revised policies
  • Manage and oversee annual HR Global Training for HR Policies, including the drafting of content, taking into account compliance with local country and jurisdictional regulations in mind, manage vendor relationship in partnership w/Global Training), participate in training reviews, testing
  • Oversees HR Policy's inventory and ongoing maintenance requirements including the recording and tracking of dispensations, waivers, breaches, tracks document pipeline
  • Assists Policy Owners with gathering required documents for Global HR Policy Council and CPC meetings
  • Represents HR in monthly pre-vetting process
  • Supports Global HR Policy Governance Council meetings, document reviews, voting process, document retention
  • Manages Global HR Policy Governance inquiries, mailbox
Skills Required:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Former project management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Facilitation, presentation, negotiation, influence skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, collaborative tools, e.g. Microsoft teams, One Note
Preferred Skills:
  • HR Policy background, including policy writing
