Responsibilities
Note: This section consolidates the principal duties and responsibilities for the HR Transformation Consultant within Organization Business Services Global Business Line.
Deliver agile strategies, recommendations and solutions that improve the client’s HR employee experience and HR outcomes.
Promote the Digital Employee Operations (DEO) and Digital Learning Operations (DLO) practice and leverage assets.
Adjust and manage client efforts to move transactional back-office to the front office and rethink HR administration operations for optimal cost and experience.
Assist clients in leveraging intelligent automation and RPA across front office live chats, chatbots, knowledge portals, and back office processes.
Partner with clients to develop and deliver HR Operating Models that improve administrative operations efficiencies.
Support assessments, design sessions, requirements design, and implementation of to-be HR processes and strategies using Digital HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP).
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to HR Transformation delivery.
Minimum 3 years of experience with one or more HCM platforms: ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Ability to independently understand and transition into organizational methodologies and approaches.
Support sales cycle with RFP/RFI/RFQ development.
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management. Strategic thinker with understanding of the HR market.
Experience in transitioning HR Services to BPO delivery centers. Ability to develop and implement new service delivery approaches.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills; capable of communicating complex problems clearly and persuasively.
Willingness to travel as required.
