This exciting new role of Rheem’s Human Resources Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Enterprise Global HR projects and programs. This role reports to the Senior Director of HR Technology, M&A, and Global Projects at Rheem but works closely with HR Project Specialists. In this role, you will assist in managing global cross‑functional projects to completion utilizing project management expertise and tools for various parts of HR including Enterprise HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, and Communications, including M&A diligence and integration efforts. This is an individual contributor role and will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). Responsibilities Assist in the project management of global cross‑functional Enterprise HR projects, including HR Technology projects, along with M&A activities including diligence and integration efforts in partnership with the HRBPs as well as coordination of project activity with our partners across HR (Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent, HR Technology). Participate in the development of Global HR processes, tools, playbooks, frameworks, workflows, and other key processes to improve organization, team efficiency, and M&A diligence and integration processes. Forge strong business relationships; create ‘buy‑in’ and persuade and motivate others. Support change management and communication efforts, which may include development of communication materials with a strong execution skillset to support key strategic business objectives and global projects. Communicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet objectives. Assist in leading HR project meetings, author and distribute regularly scheduled written updates. Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear and tasks are assigned correctly. Be accountable; able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines. Conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; coordinate with internal/external global teams to ensure on‑time delivery of assigned projects. Ensure projects align with approved design/project specifications. Elevate key concerns/issues for resolution; maintain risk and issue logs and change control records. Use MS Teams and Office 365 tools like Excel, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, and other project management tools, for tracking and reporting purposes. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years' experience human resources, project/program management or M&A. Experience partnering with a wide network of clients across Human Resources globally to deliver effective business solutions. Strong communication and project management skills, ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and influence decisions and implementation across the organization and acquisition entities, as well as the ability to positively represent Rheem. Understanding of business operations and current industry trends/developments. Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and articulate business processes, improvement opportunities, and applications in a holistic manner. Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships. Demonstrated abilities in project management and planning skills. Change management and communications experience.
